Overview: Raw Rosemary Honey is a delicate, well-balanced honey with a not too intense but perceptible aroma. The aromatic sweet taste is a wonderful surprise and goes perfectly with Greek Yogurt. Harvested from the abundant rosemary fields of Catalonia and Aragon it contains the essence of these pristine regions. Slightly varying in taste, colour and texture from season to season, it is raw, natural and unpasteurised as nature intended.
Colour: Very light yellow colour.
Aroma: A delicate floral aroma.
Taste: Aromatic and sweet.
Harvest Season: Spring.
Floral Source: Predominately Rosemary blossom mixed with some other herbal flora such as Thyme.
Geography: Harvested from the untouched rosemary fields of Catalonia and Aragon.
Rosemary Honey Uses : The sweet taste this honey goes beautifully with Greek yoghurt and spread over warm toast. Fantastic mixed with water, lemons and mint for a refreshing tonic.

Please note: If the honey sets (crystalizes) please don’t panic as it has not gone off. It is a natural characteristic of Raw Honey. Simply place your jar of raw honey in a glass bowl, quarter fill a pan with boiling water then place the bowl into the pan. The steam should heat the bowl, which heats the jar with out over heating it. Keep the water boiling by turning up the heat on the hob. Your honey should be runny again in 10 minutes or so (depending on size).
