How do I spend my Pollen Points?

1. Sign in when shopping using the 'Pollen Points' tab at the bottom of the page or 'Login' from the menu. Then click back onto the Pollen Points tab and scroll down.

2. Hit 'Spend your Pollen Points'

100 points = £1.00

You can only redeem your points in multiples of 200.

3. Redeem your points

Your coupon code will be displayed and emailed to you. Just copy and paste it into the discount code part of the checkout.

How to refer a friend

In the Pollen Points tab it will give you the option to refer a friend. Once you select it will provide you with a link that you can send via any means to your friend. They must place their order using the link. They will automatically receive 10% off and you will be given 500 points (£5 off your next order).

Please note: You can only use one type of discount per order. Our bulk discount system automatically generates a coupon code to give you the bulk discount. Any other discount code used will override this. If we are running an additional discount code promotion, this cannot be used in conjunction with pollen points or bulk discounts. .
