Ingredients

  • 150g natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 80g strawberries and blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • ½ teaspoon Bee Mercy Bee Pollen
  • 1 teaspoon Bee Mercy Acacia Honey, optional

Method

  1. Spoon the yoghurt into a breakfast bowl.
  2. Slice the strawberries and arrange them on top with the blueberries.
  3. Add the granola and sprinkle over the bee pollen.

  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 100g natural yoghurt

Method

  1. Add the banana, berries, yoghurt and milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding a little more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle the bee pollen over the top.

Method

  1. Blend the pineapple, banana, yoghurt and coconut drink until thick and smooth.
  2. Add a splash more coconut drink if needed to help the mixture blend.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and finish with the desiccated coconut and bee pollen.
