If you prefer a more liquid consistency, place the closed jar in warm water and allow it to soften gradually. Avoid boiling water or overheating the honey.

Wonderful Raw Honey
"The Raw Eucalyptus Honey tastes so good that I can't stop eating it once I start! And the proof that it's pure raw honey is when it crystalises. That's not a problem as the jar only needs to be soaked in hot water for a few minutes to become more fluid. I eat a teaspoon of it on its own or in Greek yoghurt. It should not be heated or taken in hot drinks over 40 degrees Celsius, to keep its vitamins, minerals and antioxidant benefits. I gladly recommend it."
