You will need:
2 Tablespoons of Honey
2 Teaspoons of Milk
Method: Mix the honey with milk, and smooth over the face and throat. Leave for 10 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
You will need:
8 whole, unblanched almonds
2 Tablespoons rolled oats1 Tablespoon of raw honey
2 Teaspoons yogurt
Method:
Put the almonds and oats into a blender and grind until fine. Mix with raw honey and yogurt. Apply to the face and neck, avoid the eyes, and leave for up to 10 minutes. Massage with wet hands to gently exfoliate. Rinse off and pat dry.
Be careful with hot beeswax.
You will need:
225ml (8 fluid oz) sweet almond oil
110g (4oz) beeswax
2 tablespoons of raw honey.
Method:
Place the almond oil and beeswax in an oven-safe bowl. Heat until the mixture melts. Whisk the raw honey into the wax. When cool, pour into small containers with lids. Apply to lips as a moisturizer or on top of lipstick for extra shine.

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and dab gently on to face. Rinse off with warm water.

175g (6oz) honey
100g (3.5oz) liquid soap1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
Method:
Put the oil into a medium bowl and carefully stir in the remaining ingredients until fully blended. Pour into a clean plastic bottle with a lid. Shake gently before using. Pour under running water and enjoy.

You will need:
4 tablespoons aloe vera gel
4 teaspoons grated beeswax
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons freshly chopped mint, optional
6 drops of peppermint essential oil
2 drops of arnica oil
2 drops of camphor oil
2 drops of eucalyptus oil
Method:
Melt the beeswax in the oven and combine it with the aloe vera and honey. Add the mint and oils, stirring until completely mixed. Apply after a bath or shower to the feet and toes. Store the remaining mixture in a cool place.
