Overview: Celebrated all over Europe and renowned for its light, soft floral taste with starchy and persistent notes. Our Acacia offers a fresh taste, unique and refined without gustatory contributions. It is highly valued for its medicinal content and is a perfect honey for children and those suffering from sugar intolerance. Slightly varying taste, colour and texture from season to season, it is raw, natural and unpasteurized as nature intended.
Colour: Clear white with a yellow hue.
Aroma: Soft Floral Aroma.
Taste: A smooth, light & fresh taste.
Harvest Season: Spring.
Floral Source: Predominantly the Black Forest Tree (Robinia pseudoacacia) but does contain other floral sources.
Geography: Harvested from the deep natural Acacia forests of Polonia by a small scale artisan beekeeper.
Acacia Honey Uses : Acacia Honey is a versatile honey that can be used in a variety of culinary applications like baking, glazes and salad dressings. It pairs well with creamy cheeses like Ricotta, goat cheese, Gruyere, Brie or Feta as well as fresh pineapple, fruit or crumpets.
