"We have been told that Beemercy are an ethical supplier of honey - their suppliers leave honey for the bees over winter, rather than sugar water. One of our jars of honey was damaged and they replaced it immediately"

Bold, floral and aromatic, with a lingering woodland character.
Our Raw Heather Honey is gathered from the rocky valleys and dense forests of Burgos. It is selected for its individual aroma, flavour and natural character, giving customers a clear sense of what makes this variety different.

Heather Honey is made for customers who want aroma and character. It feels wilder and more expressive than mild table honey, with a flavour that lingers after tasting.

At Bee Mercy, we believe honey should be explored like coffee, cheese or olive oil, each variety has its own origin, aroma and character. Heather brings its own distinctive place to the collection. |

The landscape around the rocky valleys and dense forests of Burgos provides the setting in which this distinctive honey is produced. Honey is a natural agricultural product, so its colour, aroma, flavour and texture may vary subtly between harvests.
Our Honey and Bee Pollen is raw and unpasteurised carefully handled to preserve its natural character and distinctive flavour.
Raw honey may naturally thicken or crystallise over time. This is completely normal and does not mean that the honey has spoiled. Its texture and rate of crystallisation may vary between harvests.
If you prefer a more liquid consistency, place the closed jar in warm water and allow it to soften gradually. Avoid boiling water or overheating the honey.
We choose honeys that offer something genuinely distinctive, not simply another jar of sweetness. Each variety is selected for its origin, flavour and natural character, then laboratory tested for added reassurance. This careful approach allows you to explore the remarkable differences found naturally across our collection.
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Always close the lid securely after use.
Not suitable for children under 12 months.

"Having purchased raw honey from several different suppliers over the past two decades, we came across Bee Mercy. Finally…. Finally, raw honey which actually tastes like actual raw honey that we remember from our childhood. The Oak honey was a tad too rich and sweet for me but my dear wife absolutely loves it. We’re now on our second order, six different variants, all absolutely top notch. Folks, this really is the bees knees…. Pun intended 🙂"
"Heather honey smelled really nice and tasted so delicious."
"This Honey is so much better in taste and texture to the sugary water stuff you buy in the supermarket- delicious"
"I bought two jars, one Lavender and one Heather. The Lavender is great for night time and the heather we use as a day time supplement. Both are excellent quality and very popular in our house"
"Lovely honey"

"Absolutely delicious honey only wish it was from the uk"
"Even a 7 year old could tell the difference in this honey to regular shop bought honey that says it all . This lady is fussy and will happy eat your Heather honey of the spoon and won’t let other honeys in her mouth."
