Berry, Honey Bee Pollen Yoghurt Bowl

Creamy yoghurt, juicy berries, crunchy granola and a colourful sprinkle of bee pollen, breakfast looks rather good for something that takes just five minutes. Add a little Acacia Honey when you fancy a sweeter finish.

Ingredients
- 150g natural or Greek yoghurt
- 80g strawberries and blueberries
- 2 tablespoons granola
- ½ teaspoon Bee Mercy Bee Pollen
- 1 teaspoon Bee Mercy Acacia Honey, optional
Method
- Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl.
- Slice the strawberries and scatter them over the yoghurt with the blueberries.
- Add the granola, then finish with a sprinkle of bee pollen.
- Drizzle with Acacia Honey, if using, and tuck in.
Make it your own: Try sliced banana, pear or whatever fruit is looking good in your kitchen.
