Mermaid Smoothie Bowl


It's the perfect way to boost your nutritional intake and works well with fresh fruit, so naturally I used it as a topping on my smoothie!

𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲:⁣
  • 1 frozen banana⁣
  • 1 cup mango chunks⁣
  • 1 tb vanilla protein powder ⁣
  • 1/4 cup @alpro soya milk⁣
  • Blue spirulina ⁣
𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲:⁣
  • 1 frozen banana⁣
  • 1 cup mixed berries ⁣
  • 1/4 cup @alpro soya milk⁣
  • 1 tbs @haskapa powder ⁣

Blend till creamy and put each colour on the opposite sides of the bowl, swirl together with a spoon. I topped with sliced banana, raspberries, figs, chia seeds, bee pollen and acacia honey!
