Fruity Oat Bars
1 cup of dates
1 Apple (grated)
1 Banana (mashed)
2 tbsp of Raw Heather honey
~160g of gluten free oats
1/2 a pack of fresh raspberries
Chocolate chips (optional to make them or if you have vegan ones)
Soak a cup of dates in some boiling water for about 20 mins.
Preheat your one to about 175 ºC and like baking tin.
Mash the soaked dates and combine with the apple and banana.
Add the oats, honey and chocolate chips and raspberries.
Pour mixture in the baking tin and press in your desired toppings and bake!
Cool the bars and cut into rectangles to serve.
