Fruity Oat Bars

Raw Honey Oat Bars
INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 Apple  (grated)
  • 1 Banana  (mashed)
  • 2 tbsp of Raw Heather honey  
  • ~160g of gluten free oats
  • 1/2 a pack of fresh raspberries
  • Chocolate chips (optional to make them or if you have vegan ones)
METHOD
  • Soak a cup of dates in some boiling water for about 20 mins.
  • Preheat your one to about 175 ºC and like baking tin.
  • Mash the soaked dates and combine with the apple and banana.
  • Add the oats, honey and chocolate chips and raspberries.
  • Pour mixture in the baking tin and press in your desired toppings and bake!
  • Cool the bars and cut into rectangles to serve.
